Since the days of the Mechanical Tube Mods, Modders and Designers from all over the world have been racing to see who can stay on top. Most people don’t know that the first E-Cigarette ever made, was designed by Hon Lik from Beijing, China in 2003. From there, it got introduced to Europe in 2006 for the first time, and then made its way to the United States. By 2007. Today, thru the Vape Pens, Mechanical Tube Mods, Mechanical Box Mods, and now Temperature Control Box Mods, vaping has returned to its humble beginnings.
China might not be famous for its precision like Switzerland, or having the prestige of their products being made in the United States; but one thing that is for certain, all High-end Mods must have a High-end China-made Chip to have any value. Today, Chinese Manufacturers are taking their belt back and bringing the trophy home. VPR is honored to formally introduce Sigelei as one of the leading contender. From the beginning, Sigelei have been the innovator in E-Cigarette world. I recently mentioned the word “ZMax” to a vape enthusiast friend of mine, and immediately you can see his reminisce and the adventures he recalled when he was vaping with his “ZMax.” We thank you Sigelei. Mr. Ou invited us to his facility in China and we were blown away. In the magazine, unfortunately, we are only able to show you a glimpse of Sigelei massive scale.
Furthermore, we are showcasing San Diego’s finest Vape Shop, Vaperoo. Not only are they one of the originators in the Vape scene, the brothers, Mark and Francis, have paved their success in life and family through Vape. From selling E-Cigs on craigslist in the beginning, just to get by, Vaperoo started with selling Mods, now making them.
If I had two words that can describe this VPR Issue, it would be “full circle.” Besides Sigelei as one of the originator and Vaperoo being the 1st Vape Shop in San Diego, we are honored to introduce Onizuka Tattoo. Not only does that tattoo shop produce astounding artwork, Horitaka tattoo his clients only by hand, with stick and needle. This dying art, known as “Tebori”, goes back several hundred years ago and Horitaka are one of the few masters doing it by hand 100% today. VPR is truly honored.
In this Issue there is so much more for you to experience. So please, come inside and enjoy the lifestyles that we love. Again, thanks for the love and support.
